Front Desk / Cosmetologist

Chino Hills, CA · Part-time, growing to full-time · $16.90 - $18.00 / hour

This is a dual-role position. You'll start at the front desk and grow into providing facial and scalp treatments as you're trained and ready. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, stays organized without being told to, and takes initiative rather than waiting to be directed.

This is also a strong opportunity for candidates who are licensed but haven't had an easy time landing hands-on experience. We train, we develop, and we bring people up the right way.

What you'll do

·Greet clients and run the front desk with positive, high-energy professionalism
·Answer inbound calls, follow up with leads, reconnect with past clients
·Convert inquiries into booked appointments
·Manage Miss Beauty's Instagram and social presence (reels, stories, DMs)
·Perform facials, scalp and head spa treatments once trained and cleared
·Recommend skincare products and home-care routines

What we're looking for

·Active California cosmetology or esthetics license (cosmetology preferred)
·Genuinely outgoing and comfortable on the phone
·Naturally organized and self-directed
·Warm, emotionally intelligent, builds real rapport
·Reliable, punctual, professional
·Interest in skincare, K-Beauty, or wellness
